Turkey: Orban wins Turkish Süper Lig Goal of the Month award

Nigerian forward Gift Orban won the September Goal of the Month award in the Turkish Süper Lig for his stunning long-range shot in Amedspor’s 3-2 home victory over Beşiktaş. The 24-year-old, on loan from Hoffenheim, has scored seven goals and provided two assists in six league appearances, tying as top scorer with Mohamed Salah. Amedspor, currently leading the league, will play against Gençlerbirliği on October 10 in their next match.
