Two Days After Meeting with Diomaye, Wallo Diop Dies in Tragic Circumstances

Wallo Diop, a young youth councilor in Podor, died in a traffic accident on the Walaldé road, just two days after her official installation. Her family described her death as 'really cruel' and called for prayers for her soul. She was about to represent the youth of her community and participate in actions for their benefit, but her journey was cut short. The exact details of the accident are still unknown, but rural roads in Senegal are known to be dangerous, especially for young people.
