Two Nigerians to face trial in Ghana over alleged murder of compatriot

Two Nigerian nationals, Daniel Victor Eze and David Oko Ewa, are set to face trial in Ghana for the alleged murder of fellow Nigerian Nkemujika Uzorchuku Eze, 36, following a dispute over proceeds from internet fraud. The victim's body was found in his apartment at Sanzirigu, Tamale. The suspects confessed to conspiring to kill him. They were arrested while attempting to flee through the Ghana-Togo border.

Appeal Court reserves judgment on appeals against deregistration of ADC, 4 others

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has reserved judgment on appeals seeking to set aside the Federal High Court judgment that ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to deregister the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and four other political parties. The other parties are the Action Peoples Party (APP), Action Alliance (AA), Accord Party (AP), and Zenith Labour Party (ZLP).
