The inaugural U15 World Cup, held in Azerbaijan, showcased several African prospects, including Senegal’s Abdoulaye Diallo, who scored 23 goals in ten matches. Algeria’s Abdelkarim Meharzi netted 14 times in ten games, including the winner against Argentina, while Morocco’s Saïd Noufii impressed with multiple braces and a hat-trick. Cameroon captain Randy Ngome is also named among the players to watch. Morocco finished 13th and Algeria 28th in the tournament.
