UAE updates entry rules, lists 7 conditions foreigners must meet in 2026

The United Arab Emirates has outlined seven conditions foreigners must satisfy before they can enter the country in 2026. These requirements are contained in Cabinet Resolution No. 65 of 2022, which provides the executive regulations for Federal Law by Decree No. 29 of 2021 on the Entry and Residence of Foreigners. Foreigners must hold a valid passport or recognised travel document that is approved for entry into the country.
