Uba Sani approves N3.659bn for retirees, pays N21.455bn in three years

Governor Uba Sani has approved N3.659 billion for the payment of pensions, gratuities, and death benefits to retirees and families of deceased public servants in Kaduna. This approval covers 1,339 beneficiaries, bringing the total pension payments to N21.455 billion since May 2023. Among the beneficiaries, 210 local government retirees will receive N515 million under the Defined Benefit Scheme.
