UFC 333: Volkanovski knocks out Evloev to retain featherweight title

Australia’s Alexander Volkanovski retained his featherweight title by stopping Russia’s Movsar Evloev in the UFC 333 main event in Abu Dhabi. Volkanovski landed a right hand and followed with ground-and-pound at 4:54 of the second round, with six seconds remaining in the round. Evloev suffered the first professional loss of his career and praised Volkanovski after the fight, while the champion said he may continue competing if he has not taken too much damage.
