Uganda's military leaders have confirmed their participation in the Invictus Games after previously considering withdrawal. This change followed a phone call with the King's principal private secretary, Sir Clive Alderton, who assured them that the King had 'no problem' with their involvement. General Muhoozi Kainerugaba stated that the UPDF would resume preparations for the event, which will take place in Birmingham next year.
