UK prosecutors charge first person for Rwanda genocide

UK prosecutors have charged Vincent Brown, a 65-year-old doctor, for his alleged role in the 1994 Rwandan genocide. Following a seven-year investigation, he was arrested and charged with conduct ancillary to genocide and six offenses of aiding crimes against humanity. This marks the first time charges related to the genocide against the Tutsi have been brought in the United Kingdom.
