Ukraine bombed again after Russian attack kills 29 people

Russia bombed Ukraine overnight from Monday to Tuesday, a day after a strike killed at least 29 people during a humanitarian aid distribution in the Zaporizhzhia region. In Kharkiv, bombardments hit a hospital, injuring at least 73 people; local authorities said 226 patients were evacuated. Volodymyr Zelensky, who arrived in Berlin on Tuesday to meet Chancellor Friedrich Merz, condemned the attacks as evidence that Russia sought to undermine progress toward peace. U.S.-mediated talks between Kyiv and Moscow are scheduled for November 10 and 11 in Abu Dhabi.
