Russia plans to significantly increase the production of the Dan-T, a reaction missile used in Ukraine, with up to 2,000 units by the end of 2026 and potentially 14,000 in 2027, though this has not been officially confirmed. The Dan-T, derived from the Dan-M originally used as a target in defense exercises, has been adapted by Russia for strike missions, with a payload capacity of 130 kg, a speed of 500 km/h, and a range possibly reaching 500 km depending on the launch platform. The Ukrainian military has already reported the use of Dan-T in a recent attack, where they neutralized one such device among other drones and missiles. Large-scale production faces industrial constraints, especially regarding engine availability.
