Ukrainian intel agencies in Kyiv firefight: What happened and why?

A shootout between the Main Directorate of Intelligence (HUR) and the State Security Service (SBU) wounded at least three security officials in Kyiv. The incident occurred in the Dniprovskyi district after the SBU arrested Stepan Kaplunov, deputy commander of the Russian Volunteer Corps, which is subordinate to HUR. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the situation "disgraceful."
