United States: Massamba Dieye at the center of a deadly shooting, bail set at 2.3 billion FCFA

Massamba Dièye, a 19-year-old Senegalese, is involved in a shooting that occurred in the Short North neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio, on August 23. The victim, Tiegian Clement, 20, was shot and died after being taken to Grant Medical Center. Investigators identified Dièye and two teenagers through surveillance footage, and they were arrested on August 27. Massamba Dièye's bail has been set at 2.3 billion FCFA.
