Universities Ordered to Fast-Track Registration of Qualifications on National Database

The Ministry of Education has directed universities and regulatory agencies to accelerate the implementation of the Kenya National Qualifications Framework (KNQF) by promptly registering qualifications and graduate records. Currently, only 22% of universities and 12% of qualifications have been registered in the system. This initiative aims to strengthen the recognition system for qualifications in Kenya and ensure that degrees are credible both nationally and internationally.
