Unnatural Acts: Amadou Makhtar Coundoul Falls, He Tried to Hit on Police Officers

Security services at the Linguère police station arrested Amadou Makhtar Coundoul, a 39-year-old teacher, for sexual harassment and unnatural acts. The arrest followed a complaint from a 34-year-old trader, after explicit sexual phone exchanges. A sting operation led to the suspect's apprehension in a room. According to the investigation, Coundoul had previously been reported for similar behavior and displayed equivocal conduct toward the police.
