Urban Security: The « Boy Dakar » Case Is More Serious Than Announced

The Urban Security investigation revealed that Babacar Diallo, known as « Boy Dakar », has multiple irregularities in his civil status records, particularly in Bourguiba. He was brought before the prosecutor for possessing and using false administrative documents and for unlawfully obtaining official papers. Additionally, Oumou Djiba Diallo, also detained, obtained two Senegalese ID cards with fake birth extracts, admitting to having acquired these documents twice with the help of contacts. These cases of document falsification indicate a more complex situation than initially reported.
