Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that these measures will target owners, operators, and managers of birth tourism networks, as well as visa 'fixers' who coach applicants to commit fraud. Medical providers knowingly facilitating birth tourism and fraudulent use of Medicaid may also face restrictions. A new online reporting platform has been launched for the public to report suspected visa fraud or misuse.
