US bombards Iran with another wave of strikes

US forces launched a new wave of strikes against Iran on Thursday, the sixth consecutive night, according to CENTCOM. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Iran still wants to negotiate despite the strikes. She stated that over 10,000 US servicemembers, two aircraft carriers, and more than 20 warships are deployed to enforce the blockade of Iranian ports. Two commercial vessels were redirected and one non-compliant vessel was disabled, with the strait remaining open for ships not traveling to Iran.
