US judge rejects bid to break up Google’s ad business

US Judge Leonie Brinkema declined to force Google to sell its AdX platform, marking the third defeat for US antitrust enforcers in attempts to break up Big Tech. Although the Department of Justice argued that Google had illegally stifled competition, the judge accepted behavioral remedies without immediately disclosing the reasoning behind her decision.
