US judge upholds conviction of ex-judge who helped man evade federal agents

Federal Judge Lynn Adelman upheld the conviction of former Wisconsin judge Hannah Dugan for helping undocumented man Eduardo Flores-Ruiz evade immigration agents. Dugan led the man and his lawyer out a private jury door after challenging the agents' administrative warrant. The court denied Dugan's efforts to overturn the conviction. Dugan's defense team called the decision 'wrong'.
