US Sanctions: Kabila Challenges and Reaffirms His Determination to Fight Against the 'Dictatorship'

Joseph Kabila challenges the US sanctions imposed on him, asserting his determination to fight against what he calls a 'dictatorship'. According to the OFAC, Kabila returned to the DRC with the intention of destabilizing the government and incited members of the FARDC to defect to the AFC/M/23.
