US strikes Iran as Tehran warns of Mideast reprisals

The United States carried out fresh strikes on Iran on Friday, hitting dozens of Iranian military targets in response to attacks on commercial shipping. Tehran accused US forces of striking civilian sites and threatened reprisals on regional infrastructure.
