Togo: More than 1,000 people gather in Lomé for India Festival

The fourth India Festival brought more than 1,000 people together in Lomé on November 1, 2026, to discover Indian culture and foster exchanges between India and Togo. Organized by the Indian Embassy and the Indian Association of Togo, the event was attended by Minister Isaac Tchiakpé and featured performances, food tastings, exhibitions, and free health screenings. Trade between the two countries reached about $3.5 billion in 2025. India will be the guest of honor at the 21st Lomé International Fair, scheduled for November 27 to December 13, 2026.
