Volleyball: beaten by Nigeria, the DRC will play for 11th-12th place against Zambia

The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) women's volleyball team was defeated by Nigeria (2-3) in a classification match for the 9th to 12th places at the Women's African Volleyball Championship on September 1, 2026. The DRC won the first two sets, but Nigeria equalized before winning the tie-break 15-13. The DRC will now face Zambia for the 11th-12th place.
