Washington Agreements: CEPAS recommends in-depth analysis before ratification

The Center for Studies for Social Action (CEPAS) advised national deputies to conduct an in-depth analysis of the Washington Agreements before ratification. During a reflection day in Kinshasa, Father Rigobert Minani emphasized the importance of examining the agreements from economic, security, legal, and political perspectives. He also stressed the need to ensure that American companies' access to Congolese minerals aligns with the Mining Code and the interests of the Congolese people.
