US judge rules Maurene Comey, daughter of Trump critic James Comey, was illegally fired

The ruling is a setback for the Trump administration, which has faced accusations of removing government employees seen as out of step with the president’s priorities. Maurene Comey is the daughter of James Comey, the former FBI director and prominent Trump critic.
