Wayne Rooney labels Manchester United players ‘babies’

Wayne Rooney called Manchester United’s current players “babies” and “selfish” after their 4-1 Champions League defeat to Como. The former striker said he was shocked by the performance and accused the players of failing to take responsibility, as Bruno Fernandes publicly criticised manager Michael Carrick’s tactics. United sit 13th in the Premier League ahead of Sunday’s match against Bournemouth amid growing internal tensions.
