‘We shamed them in Kaduna’: Presidency says Tinubu is welcomed in the North

Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Information and Strategy, said the APC campaign rally in Kaduna disproved claims that Tinubu was unwelcome in the North. In a post on X, he accused opposition leaders, including those from the ADC, of spreading that claim and thanked Governor Uba Sani for the event. The weekend rally drew mixed reactions, with some Nigerians alleging that people in the crowd had been paid to attend.
