The ECOWAS Investment and Development Bank (BIDC) approved four operations totaling $390 million during its meeting in Lomé. Ghana received $280 million for oil supply and the Black Volta gold project, including $50 million for MOSL Limited and $230 million for Azumah Resources Ghana Limited. Nigeria received $100 million for the second phase of the Kano-Maradi railway, while Ghana, Senegal, and Togo each received $10 million for climate-smart agriculture. These funds aim to enhance regional integration, employment, value chains, and climate resilience.
