West Bank: a mosque set on fire by Israeli settlers in Jiljilya

Israeli settlers set fire to a mosque in the West Bank village of Jiljilya, located in Area A under Palestinian administration. According to Imam Mohammad Khasib, 15 to 20 tires were burned in the ablution area, causing significant damage. Hebrew inscriptions, including the word 'revenge,' were found on the walls. This attack is the second targeting a mosque that night in the north of Ramallah, and is part of a surge in settler violence since early 2026.
