What's in the agreement between the US and Iran?

The US-Iran agreement signed by President Trump at the G7 summit in Evian-les-Bains has taken effect. It aims to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, prohibits Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons, and establishes a $300 billion reconstruction fund. The performance-based deal includes an immediate ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon. Iran warned that continued Israeli operations in Lebanon would violate the understanding.
