Who loses, who wins? Ep. 22- Lobito Corridor: 30 years of concession, for what Congolese interests?

The DRC has granted a 30-year concession of the Dilolo-Sakania railway line to the Portuguese group Mota-Engil, with an investment of over one billion dollars. This project aims to rehabilitate and modernize the Lobito Corridor to facilitate the evacuation of Congolese minerals to the port of Lobito. However, questions remain about the real benefits for the Congolese state and guarantees for local communities.
