Who will organize Africa’s future Aviation Growth?

Africa is expected to add about 1 billion people by 2050, but much of its aviation growth could be captured by foreign hubs like Istanbul and Dubai. African carriers, such as Ethiopian Airlines, are trying to build strong networks to compete with foreign airlines that currently dominate the market. South African Airways, after a restructuring, has reduced its network, while FlySafair and Airlink have taken market shares. In West Africa, airlines like Air Peace struggle to establish a network equivalent to that of Ethiopian.
