KUPPET Raises Concerns Over KSh6,000 Deficit in School Capitation, Threatens to Send Students Home

The Kenya Union of Post Primary Education Teachers (KUPPET) has warned that schools could be forced to send students home due to a KSh6,000 per-learner capitation shortfall as the third term begins.
