The Netherlands has moved $10 billion of its gold reserves from the US and Canada to the UK amid global geopolitical tensions. The Dutch Central Bank (DNB) stated that this relocation aims to better prepare for severe crises. Currently, the Netherlands holds 612.4 tonnes of gold, valued at approximately 72.2 billion euros, which can serve as security in times of potential financial system failures.
