Why Sh52m failed to save Tuju’s second Karen asset from auction

Former Cabinet Secretary Raphael Tuju and Dari Limited failed to stop the auction of Entim Sidai Wellness Sanctuary in Karen, Nairobi. The court ruled that they had not met a condition requiring a Sh50 million security deposit. The Sh52.5 million held in another account under an earlier Court of Appeal case could not be used in place of a fresh deposit.
