Yemen’s government forces have conducted airstrikes against the advancing Houthis, who are gaining ground in government-held areas. The region of Marib, the last stronghold of anti-Houthi forces in the north, is critical due to its significant energy infrastructure. Over 85,000 people have been forced to flee their homes since the beginning of September, with more than 2,000 refugees reaching Djibouti.
