World Heart Day: Screening in Cocody Reveals High Blood Pressure Among Visitors

A blood pressure and diabetes screening campaign held in Cocody by the Fondation Cœur de Grâce and the Institut Cœur de Grâce revealed that over 130 people had high blood pressure, including around a hundred hypertensive individuals. Visitors like Troh Firmin and Lasme Akpa underwent their first checks, discovering elevated blood pressure or blood sugar levels, and received advice to improve their lifestyle. Extreme cases, such as a blood pressure reading of 21, were reported, requiring further medical evaluation.
