Frontline healthcare workers in Ituri are continuing Ebola vaccination as part of the BRAVO study, led by Médecins sans frontières to assess the effectiveness of the Ervebo vaccine against the Bundibugyo strain. Since the campaign started on September 19, about 900 people have been vaccinated in Bunia and Rwampara, including pregnant women. The study involves 20,000 people in Ituri and North Kivu, with a six-month follow-up for most participants and until childbirth for pregnant women.
