Libya: Niger’s Prime Minister received by Marshal Khalifa Haftar in Benghazi

Marshal Khalifa Haftar received Nigerien Prime Minister Ali Mahamane Lamine Zeine in Benghazi on November 2, 2026, accompanied by military chief of staff Mamane Sani Kiaou and other military officials. The meeting came 24 hours after Niger and the authorities in eastern Libya signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
