El-Rufai: MBF backs Musa, demands probe into alleged bandit payments

The Middle Belt Forum (MBF) expressed solidarity with Defence Minister Gen Christopher Musa (retd) regarding his comments on the administration of former Kaduna State Governor Mallam Nasir El-Rufai. The MBF demanded an independent investigation into allegations of payments to bandits during El-Rufai's tenure and called for a review of unresolved cases of mass killings and other violent incidents in Kaduna State. National Spokesman Luka Binniyat emphasized that the period was marked by repeated attacks on rural communities and a significant deterioration in security.
