Russia: Putin Holds High-Level Meeting on AI Threats

Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to lead a high-level meeting focused on cybersecurity, economic sector protection against digital threats, and the militarization of artificial intelligence. Dmitri Peskov, Kremlin spokesperson, stated that Putin will give an opening speech, followed by closed-door reports on sector preparedness. The meeting comes after Ukrainian drone strikes on data centers of Yandex and Sberbank, aiming to assess vulnerabilities and strengthen Russia's defenses against AI-related and cyber threats.
