Togoville Seeks Investors for Lake Togo Shoreline

The Vo 2 municipality has issued a call for expressions of interest to develop a 24-are-and-28-centiare plot on the shores of Lake Togo in Toganou. Proposals may include restaurants, leisure areas, water activities or craft shops, and must be submitted by December 11, 2026. The municipality will retain ownership of the land, while the tenant funds improvements subject to municipal approval; the town favors lightweight, removable structures, local jobs and local products. Projects will be assessed in part on economic viability and environmental impact, and a site visit is scheduled for November 16, 2026.
