King’s College crisis: Education Minister announces resolutions, suspends staff dismissal

Education Minister Tunji Alausa announced that no staff at King’s College, Lagos, would be dismissed and that the management by the Old Boys Association would continue. A seven-member high-level committee will be formed to consider further recommendations. TUC General Secretary Nuhu Toro described the meeting as fruitful and suspended the industrial action previously directed against its affiliates.
