Yaoundé: Gendarmerie Dismantles Motorcycle Theft Network

A gendarmerie operation in Yaoundé dismantled a motorcycle theft network. A 24-year-old suspect was arrested in the Messa neighborhood near the Central Hospital. A 22-year-old receiver was apprehended at the Palais des Sports with four stolen motorcycles. A raid at Nouvelle Route Briqueterie led to the seizure of 32 additional suspicious motorcycles, bringing the total to 36 recovered bikes. The two suspects are in custody at the Mfoundi Territorial Gendarmerie Group and investigations continue.
