Transfer: Hansi Flick wants to sign Real Madrid target for Barcelona in January

Hansi Flick wants to sign Stuttgart defender Finn Jeltsch in the January transfer window, according to Diario SPORT, but Barcelona will have to compete with Real Madrid. Flick is seeking to strengthen his central defence after Andreas Christensen’s injury; Gerard Martin’s performances have dipped, while Eric Garcia and Jules Kounde were injured against Real Betis. Stuttgart reportedly values Jeltsch at around €50 million. The 20-year-old, called up to the Germany national team in September, is considered one of German football’s rising stars.
