Military High Court: General Tshiwewe challenges the quality of CNC investigators

During the Tuesday hearing at the Military High Court in Kinshasa, the defense of Army General Christian Tshiwewe challenged the presence of weapons allegedly found at his home, stating that no seizure report existed. Lawyer Parfait Kanyanga claimed that the investigators from the National Cyber Defense Council (CNC) were unqualified to conduct this investigation. General Tshiwewe is facing charges of conspiracy, treason, and other serious accusations.
