Young innovators shine at NCC hackathon, showcase accessible technology solutions

SORA emerged as the overall winner of the NCC Hackathon 2026, winning a prize of 3 million Naira. Clear Signal and IKOR secured second and third places, receiving 2 million and 1 million Naira, respectively. The winning solutions aim to enhance digital inclusion and develop accessible technologies for persons with disabilities and underserved communities. The hackathon, which brought together 20 teams, was praised as a national platform for Nigerian innovators.
