On April 25, 2026, Jean-Louis Moulot, the Minister Delegate for Technical Education, signed a strategic partnership with businesses at the Lycée technique de Cocody. This agreement, called the Pacte Industrie Enseignement Technique et Professionnel (PIETP), aims to align training with labor market needs and improve the integration of the 400,000 young people entering the job market each year. It focuses on four main areas: co-construction of programs, shared governance, dual excellence, and employability.
