State corporations and parastatals in Kenya are struggling to provide job opportunities for the youth, worsening the unemployment crisis that primarily affects them. A review of staffing at the Central Bank of Kenya, National Lands Commission, Agriculture and Food Authority, and Public Service Commission revealed that most of their employees are aged 50 and above.
